Glimpse of Glory

There are moments and situations in life where you tend to think - "what in world am I here for..."
Where life does not make a lot of sense and you feel useless and empty.
You even go so far to question Gods true existence.

Come on lets be real here, don't tell me that in your walk with Christ you have never question him or his existence. #realitycheck

The truth is that in spite of your believe and faith in Him - does not change the fact that God is real and he is alive.

The Bible - Gods genuine Word - says that he is LOVE and spirit and that we were created by him - for him in his very image. He is a good God and he loves us unconditionally - in spite of our performance and productivity. Praise God.

We often think and are convinced about the fact that we know God. Really you think you know God?
The God who created the Heaven and Earth and all that dwells in it? The God who holds the whole Universe in his Hands?

Newsflash darling! You and I do not know God. We may have fragments and glimpses of his Nature and Glory - but we do not really know God! The more I walk with Christ the more I realise "God you are so immense...how can I ever get to know you for who you really are".
My only hope is that according to the Bible when we reach heaven there will be no more questions!

Hallelujah!

At this very moment I am at home and off work for 2 weeks already. It started with lower back pain and after a few days I had my right leg filled with pain and numbness. I am used to back pain - but this has been the worst so far. I went to the doctor - diagnosis - Sciatica. Wow. I did not even really know what it actually meant.

I looked it up on the Internet:
Sciatica (/sˈætɪkə/), also known as sciatic neuritis, sciatic neuralgia, or lumbar radiculopathy, is when pain is felt going down the leg from the back. This pain may go down the back, outside, or front of the leg. Typically, symptoms are only on one side of the body. Certain causes; however, may result in pain on both sides. Lower back pain is sometimes but not always present. Weakness or numbness may occur in various parts of the leg and foot.

Fantastic! This experience has been very humbling for me. I realised a new how much I´m depending on Gods help and Grace.

However I am glad to be able to walk again and pick up with my life soon again.

PRAISE GOD!

Always,
Trisha

#DrDiagnosis: Sciatica. #Medicine

I have been having lower back pain for so many years. I have not been devoted to really cure it with whatever I can do.

So now the consequences are the upper update. Not to bad. Still very annoying. Not only because I was taken off my normal routine and life/work/social a whole week but I also lost a week of payment from work. Not a mega huge drama - but really stupid!

What have I learned through this pain and experience?

- Refreshed thought; I can only relate to something or someone when I go through it myself #realitycheck

- pain can be caused by being not careful and neglecting yourself

- To stand firm in what I know is true and not what I feel or may see #WordOfGod

- only God can and will heal you. Docs can only help you relief pain. Complete healing is only possible through your Creator.

- to not expect any form of support or help unless it is offered to you. Thank God for my housemate and friend

- keep the Love still no matter what

Recovering,
Trisha

A spirit of control and manipulation takes over you when you feel insecure and unstable in God! #FreedomInChrist

Loosed Thoughts...

Jealousy will not only isolate you but eat you from within and robe you from enjoying yourself and your blessings!
The Lord:
You come and ask me for forgiveness not because  you need to be forgiven again - because you are forgiven already - this your status. Past - present and future. But its about me cleansing your consciousness! This is why you need to come to me and ask me to "forgive" you.

To be blessed:
To be at peace. At rest and reconciled with God. It goes beyond your understanding and the visible.

Humility-Humble

True humility is seen and not said. A true humble person does not even notice it! It is an attitude towards God and all creation.

Worship

It belongs and points to God - the one and only true God. To him and him alone belongs all sort of worship. It is an expression of the creation towards the creator. An expression of love, adoration surrender, respect, acknowledgement of who he is in and through us and independent of us.

Creation is not to be worshipped - it is just a reflection of Gods Glory and creativity and love to us.

Selah.

He is worthy inspite of how we think, feel or believe! Inspite of our circumstances he deserves it.

The moment PRAYER becomes your language and daily bread you actually start to really live a life of worship.

Worship can be expressed in many ways. Actually all we do and say can be an act of worship.

The way we eat, talk, walk, listen, dress and treat people.

Music, singing, dance, acting, painting, drawing...so many channels for the expression of mankind towards its Creator.

"Tell my Children that I love them. Do not judge nor condem them. Just tell them about my love for them."

This is the response of our heavenly father when we worship him in spirit and in truth.

To lead a worship service is about leading people into the sensitvity of experiencing God in a tangible way.
In order to do that you have to keep yourself in that place.

It's not about us reaching a certain level or capacity to love or perform.

But it's about God expanding in us in a manner that it becomes less and less of us and more and more of God.

And to permit him to love through us.

At the feet of Jesus you should find yourself - this is the place of true
humbleness/humility.

It's about knowing who is the potter and who is the clay. A constant attitude of worship and prayer.

The deepest and highest level of worship is - at the feet of Jesus.
